🏋️‍♂️ Don't skip your warm-up! Baseball warm-ups are crucial for preventing injuries, improving performance, and preparing both the mind and body. They help increase blood flow to muscles, enhance flexibility, and activate key muscle groups!

👟 A good warm-up starts with light jogging or dynamic stretches to increase heart rate and circulation. Once your heart is pumping you can focus on specific drills for throwing, fielding, and hitting to get those muscles ready to go!
